    I was already doing Zumba, muscle toning and Pilates classes and wanted to try Yoga because I felt that it would give me a different, calmer pace to exercise. After having attended Mark’s classes, which are really good value if you take out the subscription, I have found that Yoga is a complementary part of my regime and I feel that I get the most benefit from the hour and a half class.

    I hadn’t realised just how challenging yoga could be and I always feel great after Mark’s classes, even if I turn up tired, I leave invigorated and stimulated.

    Mark is really helpful and demonstrates all of the sequences making it easy to follow. The classes while embracing yoga principles does not include any chanting and so no embarrassing uncomfortable elements. My core strength has increased amazingly and I would highly recommend attending Mark Jarman Yoga.
