As an addition to the very successful regular classes Mark runs he is now also focusing on running private individual (or small group) tailored classes for both Men and Women. Using Yoga as the main theme these can be more tailored to areas such as; stress relief, weight loss, strength and flexibility, relaxation and many more. These classes are run in a beautiful private studio in Churt.
