Thank you for visiting my website. At Mark Jarman Yoga we practice a method of yoga that involves a progressively demanding and flowing sequence of postures synchronised to uplifting music. A process that will produce a strong internal heat, ultimately leading to a detoxification of the body. The result is improved circulation, a light, strong, flexible body, and a calm mind. Each class will have a structured approach involving; Breath Awareness (Pranayama), General Stretching and Opening, Vinyasa (Breath Synchronized Movement), Asana (steady posture, forward, backward, side bend, spinal twist, balance, strength) and Relaxation (5-15 minute complete guided relaxation)
About Mark Jarman
After almost 30 years working all over the globe in various corporate positions I am now able to follow my passion and have the chance to teach and practice Yoga on a daily basis. I am registered with Seasonal Yoga RYT 200 and also hold REP`s level 3 accreditation. Yoga has dramatically changed my life in so many ways and I am passionate about sharing it with as many people as I can. It has provided `A way back to life` for me and I hope it will for you too…..
